Welcome to the March 25, 2012 edition of Healthy Eating- Nutritious and Delicious. In this edition, please submit suggestions for wonderful Sunday brunch meals. Fresh baked scones, fruit salad, eggs, hot chocolate… Whatever you think would make a delicious (and nutritious) meal for your family (and friends?) to enjoy together one Sunday morning.

There are some wonderful suggestions here, and I’d like to thank everyone for participating. Hopefully next time we’ll get some recommendations for seasonal fruit salads, drinks, crepes, muffins, scones, and other summer-appropriate recipes, but for now, it’s great to have these wonderfully hearty, flavorful soups and breads and wow don’t those chipolte veggie burgers sound nice!
